We did 2 escape rooms - Orphanage and Darkness - and they were so fun. We had Nathan as our quest master and he was very fun, super helpful without giving anything away and very encouraging. We’ll definitely be back!
A great vibe as soon as you walk in. The staff definitely make you feel welcome and involved. Visited in 2025 with children and tried the pirate room. It was a great introduction to escape rooms. This time we tried Heist as a couple and it was great. Impressive theming and challenging puzzles. Definitely felt accomplished when we secured the gold. We will be back to try the other rooms soon.
Booked this for my son and his friends to go to for his 19th birthday. The hosts were very accommodating and lovely, and the experience itself was excellent --They did the Darkness escape room. Would definitely recommend and book here again.

What a fabulous time I had with my grandson. We did the Steampunk Alchemist Revenge Room which I entered wondering if I’d ever understand what we needed to do to escape! But escape we finally did and what an exhilerating team building school holiday activity it was. I’d thoroughly recommend!
Well, our original review said we’d return to try the other rooms, and we certainly kept that promise! We’ve now completed every room at Quest Room, and what a fantastic collection of experiences they have.Our first visit was for Steampunk Alchemist, which was brilliantly put together and left us wanting to come back for more. Nathan, our games master on that visit, was excellent and helped make the whole experience memorable.Having now experienced all the rooms, our particular favourites were Sherlocked and The Orphanage. Both were fantastic, with excellent theming and a really enjoyable experience from start to finish.The Darkness deserves a special mention too. It’s certainly a unique experience, particularly being blindfolded throughout! I’m glad we tried it because it was completely different from anything we’d done before, although I don’t think I’d personally do that one again! 😂What we particularly appreciate about Quest Room is the variety. Having completed quite a few escape rooms over the years, it’s lovely to find somewhere offering experiences that feel genuinely different from one another.We’ve thoroughly enjoyed working our way through the collection, and it’s been wonderful seeing just how much effort goes into creating these rooms.Would we recommend Quest Room? Absolutely. If you’re looking for an escape room experience, this is definitely somewhere worth visiting.And if you’re wondering which rooms to choose, Sherlocked and The Orphanage would be our personal recommendations.Five stars from us. Definitely one of the best, most immersive escape rooms I've done! Steampunk is a classic room amidst their range and still has puzzles far more unique and interesting beyond the usual lock-and-key variations of so many rooms. The manager is charismatic, expressive, loves his job and shows appreciation for other businesses in the industry. Make this place a must-do!
Amazing experience!We did the steampunk escape room and it was really fun, great puzzles and room design. Our quest master was Lex was amazing, super friendly and very in character, highly recommend!
I went there yesterday and I had a great time. We did the steampunk room which I highly recomend. All of the puzzles were really well designed and unique and the art deaign of each room was next level.
Had an absolute blast at Quest. We did The Orphanage for a date night and it was the perfect mix of puzzles, creepy vibes and “WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT?!” 😱Liam was a fantastic Quest Master — he explained everything really well while setting the scene and building the suspense. He even managed to get a great jump scare out of my date before we’d even entered the room! 😂The room itself was eerie as hell, with creative, challenging puzzles and awesome use of lighting, sound and props. They really nailed the creepy atmosphere and had us jumping more than once.We barely made it out but had such a good time and are already keen to come back and try more rooms.Definitely recommend!
My partner and I did the orphanage room. We absolutely loved it.. it was very cool and well thought out. And the staff member was very awesome and even gave us extra time to finish the room. Definitely a must do experience ☺️
I did Orphanage last night and Sherlock's tonight and I had an absolute blast! I came with my mum, and we had so much fun! The workers were incredible! The rooms where so well done, I would definitely recommend! The whole atmosphere was fantastic, for both rooms! We will most definitely be coming back when we're in Brisbane next! If you are looking for a fun experience, with amazing people and alot of fun, come to QuestRoom! They are the best Escape rooms I've done yet! Thank you to Lex for making our experience 10 times better! And thank you to everyone else who works behind the scenes, you are all incredible! Thank you Questroom!
Came to Quest Room with a group of five and did The Orphanage room. It was so much fun and definitely challenging, but easily one of the best escape rooms we’ve done!The room had a great layout and the tasks were really fun and satisfying to solve. We had such a good time and would definitely recommend it!
Such a great time!From the very moment we arrived the host Lex was in character and never once left the role even after the game! (Other companies escape rooms we have played only got into charactor when the game started) We played the orphanage and it was an amazing experience with challenging puzzles and scares. The room/s looked amazing and held the creepy old feeling the whole game.I would highly recommend Quest to anyone!!!! 5/5
absolutely hilarious staff ,couldn’t stop laughing before we even started , the rooms are phenomenal and no other escape rooms have lived up to the experiences i’ve had here ,second time going and will be coming back
We had a fantastic time as two grandparents with 9 and 10 year old kids in the Steampunk room. Kids were engaged the whole time and had so much fun. Our host was incredibly accommodating and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. We will definitely by back to try other rooms.
Have done both the Heist and Orphanage escape rooms now. They were great fun and very challenging. We look forward to giving the other rooms a whirl too. A massive thank you to Lex who manages and runs these so well😊
Absolute phenomenal venue, staff and rooms to escape, it’s a truly awesome experience and the amount of love that has been put into these rooms is incredible. I recommend the darkness room and steampunked as both rooms have awesome puzzles and environment but if I’m being honest every room is very special in their own way. I love escape rooms and quest room have got it all figured outTruly a lovely experienceThank you quest room
Absolutely amazing experience. You can tell every room has had so much love put into it and the quest masters are very welcoming and definitely go above and beyond. The darkness and steampunk rooms are definitely worth checking out. Genuinely do not have a single bad word to say about this place. 10/10!!!
SO SO SO GOOD!! My groups questmastrr liam was amazing 100000000/10. We did the orphanage room and the vibes and difficulty are spot on.I would recommend this to anyone ever!!
