It seemed harmless enough — a group of thrill-seekers poking around a derelict building on a dare. You’d find peeling wallpaper, broken floorboards, and a whole lot of nothing. Maybe a good story to tell over drinks. You pushed open the door together, stepped inside as one, and prepared to be thoroughly underwhelmed.
But it isn’t dark in here.
